Thesis: build a lightweight, service-assisted operating-memory desk for solo owners and owner-operators that converts messy files, decisions, recurring steps, screenshots, forms, and "how I usually do this" notes into searchable runbooks, decision logs, file maps, recurring checklists, and next-step reminders.
This is worth testing, but only if the wedge stays sharply focused on memory recovery before process software. The buyer is not asking for a heavy Notion, ClickUp, Trainual, or process-compliance rollout. The buyer is saying: "I cannot keep my business operating system in my head anymore, and I do not know how corporate people learned to organize this stuff."
